PalaeoGo! Etches Edition app for iPhone and iPad

PalaeoGo! Etches Edition is an application that shows the potential of AR technology as a valuable educational tool in museums. The smartphone is ubiquitous these days and is a source of information, entertainment and education and PalaeoGo prospers from this. Through augmented reality and image recognition, PalaeoGo uses your phone camera to bring extinct fossils back to life!

Having previously featured at the GREAT Festival of Innovation (Hong Kong), BFX and Festival of Learning (Bournemouth), The Etches Collection Museum (Dorset) and the Silk Road International Expo (Xian), PalaeoGo is ready to bring creatures back to life at the Etches Collection Museum!

Go back in time on the Dorset coast as you learn about 4 different creatures around the museum including the Ichthyosaur, Pliosaur, Ammonite and Saurpod.
